Weekly, Monthly, & Quarterly Docket Reports
IPwe Docket provides users with one-click weekly, monthly and quarterly docket reports that helps users in quickly budgeting, prioritizing or otherwise planning around upcoming PTO due dates and maintenance fee payments.
Both Administrators and Managers can access these reports by clicking the “Reports” button shown in the left navigation bar.
Across the top of that page will be links to the weekly, monthly, & quarterly reports.
Click any of the three buttons to download a .PDF that segments due dates between PTO responses for patents, for trademarks, and around maintenance fees.
Remember that this is just one of many ways that users can see their upcoming due dates. Some may prefer weekly emailed docket reports, integrating due dates with their online calendar, or from right within the platform.
Filtered Reports
Some users may prefer to see a different view of their portfolio, one that doesn’t include due dates, or looks at only a portion of their portfolio. IPwe Docket allow users to apply an array of filters to their portfolio, based on keywords, filing date, issue dates, due dates, asset type, latest status, client name or whether there are any open docket actions, and provides those portfolio views in either .PDF or formatted for spreadsheets.
Both Administrators and Managers access these reports and filters by clicking the “Reports” button shown in the docketing platform.
From there, users need only to apply the required filters and click their preferred export type. The report will be generated within a matter of seconds.
